Dr. Tracy Sher, PT, DPT, CSCS 

Dr. Tracy Sher is Founder/CEO of the global platform, Pelvic Guru, LLC/Pelvic Global and the Global Pelvic Health Alliance Membership (GPHAM). She is also Owner/Clinical Director of the private practice, Sher Pelvic Health and Healing in Orlando.

Orlando Family Magazine named Tracy as one of a select few “Readers’ Choice for Best Doctor for Women 2016” in the area of female pelvic medicine. She is a Pelvic PT, sex counselor, and strength and conditioning specialist.

Tracy has a passion for treating complex pelvic health cases relating to pelvic pain, sexual pain, and postpartum changes. As a leader in the area of pelvic health therapy with a biopsychosocial approach, she travels across the US and the world sharing her expertise, teaching courses, and speaking to the community and professionals. Tracy thrives on being a connector to bring people together and improve the way healthcare providers learn and help others.

Dr. Zachary Spiritos, MD, MPH

Dr. Zachary Spiritos is a Philadelphian turned North Carolinian, having made his way south for college and ultimately putting down roots after meeting his wife. He graduated cum laude from Davidson College before earning his medical degree at the University of North Carolina (UNC). He then completed his gastroenterology fellowship at Duke University, where he developed a deep interest in neurogastroenterology and complex chronic conditions.

Dr. Spiritos treats a wide range of gastrointestinal and liver disorders, but his clinical focus centers on irritable bowel syndrome (IBS), functional abdominal pain, motility disorders, and conditions involving dysautonomia and mast cell activation syndrome (MCAS). Known for his thoughtful and compassionate approach, he blends conventional GI care with cutting-edge insights into the gut-brain axis, incorporating nutrition, lifestyle interventions, and evidence-based mind-body therapies into his care plans.

A passionate educator and communicator, Dr. Spiritos believes that empowered patients get better faster—and has made it his mission to bring clarity to the often confusing world of chronic GI symptoms.

Outside of medicine, Dr. Spiritos and his wife stay busy chasing after their two young children. He enjoys hiking, playing pickup basketball, and squeezing in a workout whenever he can.

Dr. Susan Clinton, PT, DSCPT, OCS, WCS, FAAOMPT, WHC, NBC-HWC

Dr. Susan C. Clinton is an award-winning physical therapist renowned for her professional achievements and is the owner of LTI Physio in Sault Ste. Marie, MI. She is board-certified in both orthopedic and women’s health physical therapy and is a fellow of the American Academy of Orthopedic Manual Therapy. Additionally, she holds a national board certification as a health and wellness coach.


An esteemed international instructor and mentor, Dr. Clinton specializes in post-professional education focusing on women’s and pelvic health, orthopedic manual therapy, health and wellness coaching, and business psychology. She offers Pivotal Coaching, designed to help healthcare providers optimize their work-life balance, and Pinnacle Coaching, aimed at assisting mature women in maximizing their health and purpose. 

As the co-founder and board member of the Global Women’s Health Initiative: Global Women’s Health Initiative, Dr. Clinton actively supports global women's health. She also co-hosts two acclaimed podcasts: “Tough to Treat,” which provides guidance on managing complex patients, and “The Genius Project,”which focuses on reframing the treatment of persistent musculoskeletal pain.

In her leisure time, Dr. Clinton enjoys walking, hiking, country line dancing, ballroom dancing, and is a passionate supporter of music, the arts, and international women's health initiatives.
Dr. Alana Devlin, BMR, PT, DPT, CAFCI, CMT

Alana Devlin is an advanced practice physiotherapist with over 25 years of experience specializing in female pelvic health. She holds a Physiotherapy degree from the University of Manitoba (Canada) and a Doctorate in Physical Therapy with a concentration in women’s health. Alana has completed extensive post-graduate training in Canada and the U.S., including certifications in anatomical acupuncture, dry needling, and manipulative therapy. She also holds the American Physical Therapy Association’s Certificates of Advanced Practice in both Pregnancy/Postpartum and Pelvic Physical Therapy. Alana teaches continuing medical education courses and is a respected mentor, speaker, and educator to healthcare professionals across disciplines. She is also the National Lead for Pelvic Health in Western Canada with Lifemark Health Group.


Alana’s clinical expertise includes pelvic pain, urinary and fecal incontinence, constipation, dyspareunia, pelvic organ prolapse, and pre- and postnatal rehabilitation. She works collaboratively with gynecology, urogynecology, and gastroenterology specialists to support complex pelvic health needs, including pre- and post-operative care. In addition to her clinical work, Alana sits on the Scientific Committee of the Canadian Society for Pelvic Medicine and serves as the Education Chair for the Pelvic and Reproductive Health Division of the Canadian Physiotherapy Association. She is deeply committed to advancing women’s health through evidence-based care, interdisciplinary collaboration, and education.
