What can I expect?

Persistent Genital Arousal Disorder/Genitopelvic Dysesthesia (PGAD/GPD) is a complex and often misunderstood condition—leaving many clinicians unsure where to begin.

This course offers a practical roadmap for evaluation and treatment using a region-based approach to identify potential contributors and guide medical referral and rehabilitation management.

What will I learn?

Upon completion of this webinar, participants will be able to:

  • Become familiar with the region-based framework for identifying potential contributors to PGAD/GPD, and medical management within each region.
  • Identify the PT/OT's role within each region
  • Apply PT/OT management strategies from various presented clinical cases and pearls, to improve clinical decision-making.
Feel comfortable navigating psychosocial nuances while learning practical skills to do so.
