Tracy Sher is a pelvic physical therapist and is the founder of Pelvic Guru, Pelvic Guru Academy, and the Global Pelvic Health Alliance Membership. She is also an instructor for Pelvic Guru Academy, teaching Pudendal Neuralgia and Complex Pelvic Pain Solutions. 

Chantal Traub

Chantal Traub is a certified health coach, doula, childbirth educator, yoga instructor and MUTU® Systems trainer and has been assisting expecting families in New York since 2003. She is passionate about educating and informing about pelvic health for birth during pregnancy and to train the body and mind for a positive birth experience. Chantal created her Pushing Power workshop, which educates about 2nd Stage Labor and the pelvic floor, to push safely and effectively and to minimize damage and facilitate expecting families to enter their births with confidence and calm. Chantal lives in Brooklyn with her husband and 2 children and you can find them hiking upstate or swimming in lakes during the summer.
