- Describe symptomatic impacts of the primary hormonal fluctuations during a normal menstrual cycle as well as the perimenopausal transition.
- Describe potential non-pharmacologic options for managing symptoms of perimenopause, menopause and post-menopause.
Feel comfortable navigating psychosocial nuances while learning practical skills to do so.

Tracy Sher is a pelvic physical therapist and is the founder of Pelvic Guru, Pelvic Guru Academy, and the Global Pelvic Health Alliance Membership. She is also an instructor for Pelvic Guru Academy, teaching Pudendal Neuralgia and Complex Pelvic Pain Solutions.
Kathryn Witzeman, MD, FACOG
Kathryn Witzeman, MD is a Clinical Professor of OBGYN at the University of Colorado School of Medicine and Past-President of the International Pelvic Pain Society. Her clinical interests include vulvovaginal disorders, menstrual disorders, menopausal problems, pelvic pain, integrative medicine, and biomedical ethics.
