With Organizer and Host, Tracy Sher! 

Dr. Tracy Sher, PT, DPT, CSCS, has 24 years of clinical experience in pelvic health. She has dedicated her career to treating patients with complex presentations with pelvic pain and genital pain, postpartum conditions, sexual dysfunction, and pelvic health conditions affected by menopausal changes. She has also been a leading pelvic health expert and instructor internationally for 14 years - teaching and mentoring thousands in-person and online.

Dr. Sher is CEO of Pelvic Global and Founder of the Global Pelvic Health Alliance Membership (GPHAM). She also has a private pelvic health PT practice, Sher Pelvic Health and Healing, in Orlando, FL.


She is passionate about bringing evidence-based education to people around the world and is thrilled to offer this programming here.

Dr. Jen Gunter, MD

Dr. Jen Gunter is an internationally bestselling author, obstetrician, and gynecologist with more than three decades of experience as a vulvar and vaginal diseases expert. Her bestselling books, The Vagina Bible and The Menopause Manifesto, have been translated into 25 languages. She has a blog called The Vajenda, is the host of Jensplaining, a CBC/Amazon Prime video series that highlights the impact of medical misinformation on women, and is the recipient of the 2020 Media Award from The Menopause Society. Amanda Thebe

Amanda Thebe is a Fitness and Women’s Health Expert with nearly thirty years of experience in the fitness industry, she is the author of the Amazon best-selling book, Menopocalypse: How I Learned to Thrive During Menopause and How You Can Too! She is the co-founder and Chief Branding and Growth Officer at Nyah Health, a complete healthcare solution for menopausal women in Canada. As Canada’s first menopause workplace educator, Amanda provides on-site or virtual educational presentations in the workplace to improve productivity, retention and attendance for female employees through menopause. Amanda is a popular guest on podcasts, radio, tv and online summits, and her health and fitness tips have been featured in media outlets like Oprah, Shape, Prevention, Health Line, CBC Radio, Global News Canada, The Doctors, and many more. She recently spoke at TEDx with a funny, informative and deeply personal talk entitled, Should Men Talk About Menopause? She lives in Toronto, Ontario.


Practical Management of Perimenopause & Menopause

Dr. Rachel Rubin, MD

Dr. Rachel S. Rubin is a board certified urologist with fellowship training in sexual medicine. She is an assistant clinical professor in urology at Georgetown University and owns her own practice in Washington DC. Dr. Rubin provides comprehensive care to all genders. She treats issues such as pelvic pain, menopause, erectile dysfunction, and low libido. Dr. Rubin is the director at large and former education chair for the International Society for the Study of Women’s Sexual Health (ISSWSH) and an associate editor for the journal Sexual Medicine Reviews. Her work has been featured in the NYTimes, NPR, and PBS. She was named a Washingtonian Top Doctor in 2019-2023. 

Sex and Menopause

Dr. Fenwa Famakinwa Milhouse, MD

Dr. Fenwa Milhouse is a board-certified urologist and fellowship-trained sub-specialist in female pelvic medicine and reconstructive surgery. She previously worked for the largest private practice in the state of Illinois as the leading pelvic floor surgeon. She is currently the co-founder and co-owner of Down There Urology in Chicago -a specialized urology clinic focused on sexual dysfunction, hormone therapy, and cosmetic genital enhancement in men and women.

Dr. Milhouse enjoys using social media to destigmatize pelvic floor & sexual conditions, as well as demonstrate the importance of representation in Urology. Known by the world as "Your Favorite Urologist”, she has been featured on several media outlets including Yahoo, Forbes Health, GQ, HuffPost, Essence Magazine, CNN, and Insider to name a few. In 2023, Dr. Milhouse became the star of TLC network’s Dr. Down Below!

Diversity Considerations in Menopause Care 

Dr. Sameena Rahman, MD

Dr. Sameena Rahman, MD, FACOG, MSCP, IF, is a board-certified OB/GYN, founder of Center for Gynecology and Cosmetics, and podcast host of Gyno Girl Presents: Sex, Drugs, & Hormones. After years of practicing obstetrics and gynecology in a variety of large academic settings and locations, Dr Rahman opened a practice to focus on her special areas of interest - sexmed gynecology and menopause medicine – and to ensure patients have their best quality of life.
Through her research and dedication, Dr. Rahman is one of the few physicians nationally to receive the designation of ISSWSH (International Society for the Study of Women’s Sexual Health ) Fellow (IF) and is actively involved with cutting edge approaches to sexual pain and sexual dysfunction. She also is an active member of the IPPS, International Pelvic Pain Society, and specializes in a multidisciplinary approach to chronic pelvic pain. For midlife women, Dr. Rahman is also a specialist in menopause management with the designation of Certified Menopause Physician through the North American Menopause Society (NCMP).

Dr. Susan Clinton, DScPT

Dr. Susan C. Clinton, PT, DScPT, OCS, WCS, COMT, FAAOMPT, WHC, NBC-HWC, is an award-winning physical therapist renowned for her professional achievements. She owns LTI Physio in Sault Ste. Marie, MI. She is board-certified in orthopedic and women’s health physical therapy and a fellow of the American Academy of Orthopedic Manual Therapy. She also holds a national board certification as a health and wellness coach.

Dr. Clinton specializes in post-professional education, focusing on women’s and pelvic health, orthopedic manual therapy, health and wellness coaching, and business psychology. She offers Pivotal Coaching, designed to help healthcare providers optimize their work-life balance, and Pinnacle Coaching, aimed at assisting mature women in maximizing their health and purpose.

As the co-founder and board member of the Global Women’s Health Initiative, Dr. Clinton supports global women's health. She also co-hosts two acclaimed podcasts: “Tough to Treat,” which guides the management of complex patients, and “The Genius Project,” which focuses on reframing the treatment of persistent musculoskeletal pain.

You’re Not Crazy. How to Navigate Communication with Patients about Menopause

Dr. Katherine Shepherd, DPT 

Dr. Katherine Shephard, PT, DPT is passionate about improving pelvic health and communication in health care settings.  

After acquiring her BA in Politics and International Relations from Scripps College, she tried out various careers - from coaching golf to selling granite monuments. Upon learning about physical therapy, she knew she had found her calling. She brought the communication and people skills she learned in those careers to her physical therapy practice.

ADHD plays a large role in Katherine’s life - 3 out of the 5 brains in her household have ADHD. Driven to be a better partner and parent, she has gained a wealth of knowledge that she also shares with patients coping with the disorder. 

Along with treating patients and running New Normal PT, Katherine also mentors other pelvic health physical therapists and is the guest lecturer for the pelvic health content at St. Catherine University in their Doctor of Physical Therapy and Physical Therapist Assistant programs. 



You’re Not Crazy. How to Navigate Communication with Patients about Menopause

Nicola Robertson, PT

Nicola earned a BSc in Sports Science and Physiology (2002) and a BSc Hons Physiotherapy (2006) at the University of Glasgow. After an official move to Canada in 2008, Nicola joined a multidisciplinary health team in Nova Scotia, which initiated an extensive foundation of diverse health care practices. Her previous experience has included working in high level sports (soccer and Ice hockey). She currently is a teaching assistant for Antony Lo and teach at Loyalist College




Early Menopause: Medical and Surgical Considerations

Dr. Corinne Menn, DO

Dr. Corinne Menn, DO, FACOG, MSCP is a board-certified OBGYN and menopause specialist. She is also a 23-year survivor of breast cancer and premature menopause and uses her experience to help women navigate their health challenges. She has dedicated her medical practice to menopause management, the unique healthcare needs of female cancer survivors.

She is also a Medical Advisor and prescribing doctor on Alloy, a menopause telehealth platform. She is a dedicated advocate and volunteer for the Young Survival Coalition, serving on their Council of Advisors, leading the Provider-Survivor support group, and serving on the Breast Cancer Alliance Research Grant Committee.

Nervous System Regulation During the Menopausal Transition

Dr. Anne Duch, DPT


Dr. Anne Collins Duch, PT, DPT, WCS, E-RYT, is a board certified pelvic health physical therapist and an E-RYT 500 hour yoga teacher with 27 years of experience in treating a wide variety of pelvic health conditions. Her Wilmington, Delaware private practice is housed within a vibrant yoga studio where she is able to educate her patients and yoga students on the benefits of establishing a sound movement practice that integrates effective nervous system regulation strategies for a more complete whole body experience. Dr. Duch has a special interest in the Polyvagal Theory, which led to the development of her virtual course offering, What Happens in Vagus Doesn’t Have to Stay in Vagus: Nervous System Regulation Course. She presents to various professional organizations and fellow clinicians about the use of vagal toning strategies as part of their perimenopausal transition management.
