Tracy Sher is a pelvic physical therapist and is the founder of Pelvic Guru, Pelvic Guru Academy, and the Global Pelvic Health Alliance Membership. She is also an instructor for Pelvic Guru Academy, teaching Pudendal Neuralgia and Complex Pelvic Pain Solutions.
Dr. Ginger Garner
PT, DPT, ATC/L
Ginger Garner is a doctor of physical therapy, licensed athletic trainer, board certified in Lifestyle Medicine, founder of Medical Therapeutic Yoga, author of multiple books and book chapters, and a longtime trainer on trauma-informed, biopsychosocial FILM (functional, integrative, and lifestyle medicine) PT and OT practice. Dr. Garner has presented at over 2 dozen conferences worldwide and is an active peer mentor in lumbopelvic rehab ultrasound imaging, post hip arthroscopy rehab, and voice to pelvic floor care and dry needling. She owns Garner Pelvic Health and Living Well Institute and is an active volunteer in her community, where she advocates for and helps enact legislation that increases access to pelvic health services.
