Illustration Guidelines for Use

Guidelines for the use of images:

GPHAM members have access to the entire library of our images to use for the following:
  • Blogs
  • Opt-ins
  • Courses/workshops/classes*
  • Handouts
  • Flyers
  • Websites
  • Guest blog posts
  • Social media posts
  • Books**

You may use these images with the following requirements:
  • Do not alter the image. If you need only a few labels, you may use a “non-labeled” image and add a few labels as we understand that might work better for what you are trying to use. 
  • Do not take off or crop the logo.*
  • Please add “Image used with permission from Pelvic Guru®, LLC as a member of the Global Pelvic Health Alliance Membership (GPHAM)” wherever you use the image.


Eligibility for using images:
  • You must be an Active GPHAM Member
  • You may use the illustrations in any works you are a primary creator. 
  • At no point should the rights to anything you create that includes these images be granted to a different organization or institution (I.e., if you work for a larger hospital system and you do a presentation, you may use the images, but you may not give the hospital the rights to your presentation that includes these images). If you retain the rights to the presentation, this is acceptable. 

*If you are using the images in a presentation that does not allow logos to be on the image (a non-profit professional organization conference, for example), you have permission to crop or cover the logo as needed but make sure you have added “Image used with permission from Pelvic Guru®, LLC as a member of the Global Pelvic Health Alliance Membership (GPHAM)” wherever you use the image.

**Please note that we will not be resizing, altering, removing the logo, reformatting or adjusting images to meet your publishing requirements. 

If you leave the membership:

For individual use: If you would like to keep access to the images that you already have in your courses, books, website, social media, etc., you may do so after you’ve been a member in good standing for at least one year. 

Recording your use of images: 

Please link (if possible) all books, blogs, websites, videos, and press releases containing Pelvic Guru images in this form so that we can help showcase how these images are being used (and help protect the rights to use for our GPHAM members only). Thank you!
