GPHAM EXPERT WEBINAR SERIES
Practical Clinical Applications for Diastasis Recti - Postpartum Assessment and Treatment
Interview with Munira Hudani, MScPT
What can I expect?
If you're starting out with treating diastasis recti, this is a great place to start. Munira Hudani talks us through the history of DRA treatment and brings us up to the current state of best practice for treating this population.
Tracy and Munira dive into a discussion about the ways that diastasis recti has traditionally been treated and what is really frustrating about working with this conditioning. They discuss concerns about "the gap", function, and "flattening" the tummy.
