I had learned hypopressives from a local PT here but being able to have them explained more comprehensively through this course was so, so beneficial! I am looking forward to incorporating more of them into my postpartum fitness classes. Thanks so much!
I found this class to be body-positive, energetic, and I learned skills I can apply to myself and my clients.
LPF level 1 is an excellent course. Tamara is an excellent teacher and learning from her was a pleasure. The course changed the way I breathe and stand in 2 days! I can't wait to continue my journey with LPF!

More accolades:

Wonderful course with very knowledgeable instructors. I am excited to be able to use this course content in so many ways, personally and professionally. Despite this being an online course, I feel as if I was able to truly grasp the specific techniques taught in the course thanks to the feedback from the instructors. I'm really looking forward to level 2!
Low pressure fitness is challenging! Going into the course I was not expecting to be sore! I learned so much about breathing mechanics and how it can apply to my patient population. I have already began using some of the techniques with them!
The instructor and two assistants worked very well as a team and they each contributed greatly to the learning experience. I also loved their enthusiasm, energy and patience with trying to teach us such a unique exercise.
